David Rowley and Chris Firth have won an award for services to Fisheries and the Environment at the Rivers Trust Autumn Conference in Newcastle.

The award recognises all the hard work and effort that David and Chris have put in to the Rivers Trust over the years especially their recent work on the River Don in securing a large pot of money to build a fish pass.  They worked tirelessly for over 2 years to make the project work when most others would have given up in the face of adversity.  They were awarded with a cheque for £1000 for DCRT and a Rivers Trust Lindean Mill vase.
