Butterfly Survey at Grassmoor

18-08-22 10:00 - 13:00

Help us monitor the butterflies at Grassmoor country park.
Volunteers will follow a set transect line across the park, counting, identifying and recording what butterfly and moth species they spot.

Butterfly surveys are only carried out on bright sunny days so be prepared for this event to be cancelled in rainy weather.
Because of this, we are asking all volunteers to sign up for the event – email [email protected] to come along!

Where: Grassmoor Country Park, meeting on the south car park off Birkin Lane, S42 5DA (parking is free)
