Join us for a day on the River Rother collecting freshwater invertebrates using the kick sampling method from the riverbed. We’ll identify invertebrates such as mayfly, caddisfly, freshwater shrimp, leeches and flatworms during the day – the assemblage and diversity of these tiny creatures can give an indication of the health of the river.
