Join Don Catchment Rivers Trust for a volunteer day on the Rother Catchment . All abilities welcome!

Location: Please meet behind Ravenside Retail Park, Markham Rd, Chesterfield S40 1TA, next to the bridge over the River Hipper – https://goo.gl/maps/Q2PMVaREfZjkvgBt9

Volunteers are welcome to park in the main car park but please let us know your registration before the day (via [email protected]) so we can put your car on a white list so you don’t get a parking ticket. 

What to bring: We will provide all necessary equipment and refreshments. All you need to wear is appropriate outdoor clothing (waterproof, long sleeves and trousers) and sturdy shoes.

Tasks include: Litter picking, channel debris/litter removal

Timings: 10am – 1pm (break 11.30am)

    Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we work to remove debris from the rivers near Spital Trail.

    When: We will be meeting at 10am and finishing at 1pm with our usual tea break half way through the day.

    What to bring: We will provide all of the equipment on the day and can provide wellies if you let us know in advance. Please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work including long trousers and dress for the weather.

    Joining us? All are welcome however not all of our sites are completely accessible to all, please check the access advice bellow.
