We will be meting at the end of Guiltherwaite Cresent in Canklow.  The survey will be in Canklow Woods and will be a walk so wear appropriate clothing and footwear. We hope to be finished for 22:30.     • Community Stalls with arts & crafts, activities and more by the Lock House
    • Lock Demonstrations at 11am, 12am, 1pm and 2pm. Open the lock gates and guide the canal boat through using the tower control room!
    • Free boat trips on the Wyre Lady at 12, 1 and 2pm (boarding at the back of the Boat Inn)
    • Let’s Fish taster sessions (for under 18s) at the visitor moorings. Advance booking through our eventbrite page only FULLY BOOKED.
    • Bush Craft with Living Adventure
      10:00 – 11:00 – Fire craft
      11:00 – 12:00 – Camouflage and concealment

    As part of the Yorkshire wildlife trusts 50 celebrations young people will be taking over Potteric Carr for the day hosting talks, guided walks, stalls and activities around the site aimed at engaging 11 to 24 year olds with nature.
