SUMMARY:Dalton Brook - Clean Up
DESCRIPTION:Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust to remove litter from in and around the Dalton Brook. Dalton Parish Council have kindly invited us to use the facilities in their hall. They have a community cafe from 9-12pm so feel free to come along early to enjoy some refreshments. \n  \nTask: Litter picking. We will be working along the bankside and within the brook to remove litter. The paths are paved but can be muddy. We will have a break at 11:30 am for refreshments and biscuits\, provided by DCRT. \n  \nWhen: Thursday 25th June 2026\, 10am – 1pm \nWhere: Dalton Parish Hall\, Doncaster Road\, Dalton\, Rotherham S65 3ET\nParking available in the hall car park (including behind the hall) \nWhat 3 Words: https://w3w.co/likely.town.cities \nGoogle Maps Pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/5mxZufCr1dPL87bs6 \n  \nWhat to bring: We provide all of the equipment on the day however please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work including sturdy shoes or boots and long trousers.
