Data4Nature at Wardsend Cemetery: Bird Survey
Wardsend Cemetery1A Club Mill Rd, Sheffield S6 2FH, UKSheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust, DCRT and the friends of Wardsend Cemetery have teamed up to collect Data for Nature as part of the Heritage Lottery Funded Data for Nature project.
We’ll be hosting monthly bird surveys in the Cemetery and on the riverside to help collect data and monitor birdlife in the area. If you have birding skills we’d really appreciate your help surveying, or if you are a beginner come along to practise your skills!When: Monday 20th November 2023, 10am-12pm.

Stainforth - Thorne - Volunteer Don Valley Way Extension Walk
Stainforth River DonCannot determine address at this location.Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we walk the proposed new route for the Don Valley Way from Stainforth – Thorne.
When: We will be meeting at 10am and walking to Thorne so we can not be sure when this day will end but it should take around an hour and a half.

What to bring: We will be walking over 3 miles so please wear suitable footwear for walking long distances. Also please wear suitable clothing for the weather on the day (if the weather is very bad this event will be cancelled so please check before setting off). On the day we will not be able to provide a tea break so please bring your own drink and snack if you want one.

Holbeck Close - Flooding Clean Up
Holbeck CloseCannot determine address at this location.Join Don Catchment Rivers Trust for a volunteer day on the Rother catchment, helping to clean up debris from after the recent floods.
