River Don Bat Walk (must book)
Join DCRT for a night stroll along the River Don, as we explore the world of bats and uncover their nocturnal habits
Book your place here on eventbrite
DCRT will run a guided bat walk in conjuction with Friends of the Craggs and Denaby & Conisbrough Positive Action Group
We want to keep it local, and you generally have a greater chance of seeing bats near water. The walk will therefore take place next to the River Don near Burcroft Hill in Conisbrough.
Meeting would be at 8:45pm to give a talk about bats and instructions on how to use bat detectors. We would then proceed to try and detect some bats!
The event is limited to a maximum of 30 participants so please do not attend unless you have booked a place.
Any children would need supervising adults.
