Langthwaite Dike - Cleanup and Vegetation Clearance
Highfields Lake Park (Coppice Road)Cannot determine address at this location.Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we work to improve the footpath that runs along side Langthwaite Dike buy clearing overgrown vegetation and removing litter from the dike. This day is a part of the All Hands on the Don project.
When: Tuesday 16th January 10am – 1pm
Where: We will be meeting near the enterance to Highfields lake on Coppice Road, Highfields, Doncaster DN6 7JA. What 3 words: ///boats.relate.stall. Google Maps Pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/fPwn6KUgBQkVvprK6
What to Bring: We provide all of the equipment on the day however please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work including sturdy shoes or boots and long trousers. We can provide wellingtons to borrow on the day but please let us know in advance by emailing [email protected] or contacting task leader Anthony Cox. We also provide a tea break for refreshments.
Joining us? All are welcome however not all of our sites are completely accessible to all, please check the access advice bellow. Tapton Terrace - Volunteer Day
Holbeck CloseCannot determine address at this location.Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we help to clean up the river Rother along Tapton Terrace in Chesterfield.

When: Thursday 18th January 2024, 10am-1pm.
Where: Meeting at the end of Holbeck Close, Chesterfield, S41 7UL. This is the location for the Holbeck Close days but we will meet here again and walk down towards Tapton Terrace as it is easier to leave the van there.
