Swinton Breks - Volunteer Day

When: Tuesday 5th March 10am-1pm

Hollingwood Loop - Volunteer Day
Hollingwood loops (New Whittington)New Whittington, Chesterfield S43 2BZJoin the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we help to clear the banks and footpaths of litter along the Hollingwood Loop circular walking route.
After our vegetation clearance day here in February, it was evident that a follow up litter picking day would be required, so come along to help us on our vision to protect and restore our rivers!

DCRT will bring the clipboards, survey forms and identification sheets.What to expect: Identifying wading and wetland birds can be tricky, so please ask if you are unsure and share your knowledge with others if you know any tips and tricks! These events are great opportunities to practise and learn birding skills, as well as contributing to the BTO’s Core Counts records (read more about core counts here)
