Join us as we work to remove litter from the banks of the river Don at Kilnhurst Ings. This day is a part of our All Hands on the Don project. 

When: Tuesday 17th March 2026 10am-1pm

What to bring: We provide all of the equipment on the day, however please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work including sturdy shoes or boots and long trousers. We can provide wellingtons to borrow on the day, but please let us know in advance by emailing [email protected] or contacting Volunteering Officer Anthony Cox. Please bring your own packed lunch if you would like to stay for the whole day. 

What are we doing: On the day we will be picking up litter from the site, bagging it up and helping to reduce the effect of plastic polution on the enviroment.
