Volunteer Training: Identify River Mammals

Volunteers can sign up to this short training course led by Debbie Alston, from the Derbyshire Mammal Group and Univeristy of Derby.

 

Expect to learn how to identify different river mammals and learn to look out for signs of their whereabouts. Tracks, bones and more will be investigated!

 

This course is FREE to DCRT volunteers (fully funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund)

    What to expect: A mixture of introductory demonstrations and practice exercises to get you familiar with the software interface and how to upload data to create your own maps. No previous experience required!
