Volunteer Training – Winter Tree ID

A training day for volunteers, learning how to identify winter trees.

This session is FREE for volunteers and will include refreshments. We are also providing a buffet lunch at 1pm. Travel expenses will be reimbursed for DCRT volunteers.

The session will run from 9:30am – 1pm, based at The Spectrum, Rotherham (Rotherham Volunteer Centre), with a field visit to Centenary Park.

The session will be led by Steel Valley Project.

    What to expect: A mixture of introductory demonstrations and practice exercises to get you familiar with the software interface and how to upload data to create your own maps. No previous experience required!

     

    Refreshments provided and there will be a break for lunch.
