Waymarking Day – Don Valley Way (Conisbrough – Swinton)

12-10-21 10:00 - 13:00
Conisbrough Railway Station
Address: Cannot determine address at this location.

Join the Friends of the Don Valley Way as we walk the Don Valley Way to replace any missing or damaged way markers along the route.

We will be meeting at Conisbrough Railway Station and progressing along the Don Valley Way at 10am and will walk to Swinton Railway Station. It should take 3-4 hours but we can not be sure how long it will take. There are trains from Swinton to Conisbrough throughout the day however so it should be easy to get back to the start.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear on the day. Volunteers must arrive before 10am as we will be leaving then. Please bring your own lunch and drink for the day as we will not be able to provide refreshments on this day. For more information please contact task leader Anthony Cox on 07384 543124 or email [email protected].

If you are not yet signed up as a volunteer and would like to be please email [email protected]. We will be following all government guidelines at the time of this event
