Wildlife Wednesday Moss Valley

Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we tackle the invasive plant species Himalayan Balsam along the banks of the Moss Brook.

On the day we will be meeting at 10am and finishing at 3pm. We will complete a risk assessment on the day to ensure the safety of all volunteers. We will be stopping half way through for a tea break. On the day you will need to bring appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear. We can provide wellingtons and waders however we won’t be able to provide footwear for every volunteer.

    Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust as we work to remove litter from the River Rother along Bamford Walk in Catcliffe.

    What: Litter picking

    When: Thursday 11th April 2024 10am - 1pm, with a break at 11:30am for free refreshments and biscuits. 

    Where: At the beginning of Bamford Walk, outside of 5 Redstart Dr, Catcliffe, Rotherham S60 8EG.

    When: Thursday 25th April 2024, 10am – 1pm with a refreshment break midway through.
