Bat Field Survey 1 – Canklow Wood

Join us as we survey the bats in the Canklow Woods area. Help us record the sightings of Noctules, Serotine, and Pipistrelle Bats.

Please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and if possible please bring a torch. End times may vary depending on how quickly we complete the survey. We are meeting at 21:50 and will be setting off at 21:57. Spaces are limited so please get in contact via [email protected] or get in contact with survey leader Anthony Cox on 07384 543124. Trust Volunteers will be prioritised over the general public.

    We'll be hosting monthly bird surveys in the Cemetery and on the riverside to help collect data and monitor birdlife in the area. If you have birding skills we'd really appreciate your help surveying, or if you are a beginner come along to practise your skills!
