Underwater Photography Training

02-03-22 10:00 - 12:00
Wardsend Cemetery
Address: 1A Club Mill Rd, Sheffield S6 2FH, UK

Join DCRT for a training day on how to use underwater cameras to film aquatic species.

We will be getting into the water to learn how to set up and place underwater cameras (GoPros) in order to get the best footage using pole mounted and weighted cameras. We will be mainly capturing video footage. There is a possibility of reaching into the water so attendees may wish to bring a spare change of clothing. All other necessary equipment will be provided by DCRT.

Training will happen on Wednesday 2nd March on the River Don at Wardsend Cemetery, Livesey Street, S6 2ET- 10am – 12pm.

If attendees enjoy this training there will be more opportunties to use our equipment for future projects.

This training session will be led by Matt Duffy (fishery habitat officer).
