Time: 10am-1pm with a break for refreshments. Please note that there are no toilets available to use on this site. Please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work – sturdy boots and long trousers recommended. 10:00 -13:00 17-12-19 Rotherham Trades Club, Greasbrough Rd, Rotherham S60 1RB, UK  Join the Friends of the Don Valley Way for the last time in 2019 for a festive clean up around the center of Rotherham and see the start of the fish pass works near Forge Island. We will be meeting at 10am outside the Chapel, and will finish at 1pm with a break for refreshments. Please wear sutable clothing for outdoor work. 10:00 -15:00 18-12-19 1 Ridgeway Moor, Ridgeway, Sheffield S12 3XY, UK  Join the Don Catchment Rivers Trust for Wildlife Wednesday’s in the Moss Valley every third Wednesday of the month. These volunteer days aimed at restoring the riverine environment. All abilities welcome! Timings: 10am – 3pm with a break for lunch and refreshments. Feel free to come to part of the day if required. What to bring: We will provide all necessary equipment and refreshments. All you need to wear is appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes. Tasks include: scrub/vegetation clearance, wood debris placement, footpath maintenance, habitat creation and access improvements. Location: The meeting point will change each week depending on what task we will be doing.
