As part of the Yorkshire wildlife trusts 50 celebrations young people will be taking over Potteric Carr for the day hosting talks, guided walks, stalls and activities around the site aimed at engaging 11 to 24 year olds with nature. Meeting Point: Meet at the pocket park on Sidney St, Sheffield S1 4RG
Tasks: We will be litter picking the area, removing debris from the channel as well as managing invasive plant species found on the site.
Time: 10am-1pm with a break for refreshments.
Please wear suitable outdoor clothing including long trousers, long sleeves, sturdy boots and waterproofs if necessary and wellies if you have them.
