We’ll be joining our friends, Canal & River Trust, at their Doncaster Lock Open Day. Come and say hello at our stall, where we will have displays about our Living Heritage of the River Don project, information about how you can get involved, and activities for the family.

Please be prepared for a long hike of 6 miles (2.5 hours estimate at a medium walking speed)
There will be a break mid-way for festive snacks.
The riverside walk includes unpaved footpaths that can be muddy and steps.
We'll be looking out for wildlife and historical points of interest along the way.
